How much do buttons cost? This all depends on how many you want and how many designs you want. Individual buttons are one dollar each. For bulk order prices, refer to the bulk custom order prices table.

How big are the buttons? Buttons come in 1 inch , 1 1/2 inch, and 2 1/4 inch sizes

Do you make other sizes of buttons? Currently I only make the 1 inch, 1 1/2 inch, and 2 1/4 inch sizes but plan to expand to the 3 inch size soon.

Why do Custom individual orders cost more than bulk orders? Custom individual orders cost more because they have to be individually made. The design needs to be manipulated to look the best on your button and this takes time.

How do I submit a custom image for a button? To submit an image, go to our Custom buttons page, right click (you may have to save it to a file instead) on the custom design template, paste into the photo editing software of your choice (this can even be done in Microsoft paint) and send the finished design to me in a gif file using the email address provided on the custom buttons or bulk orders page…no jpgs please. If you don’t want to format your graphic to a button template yourself, I will do so for a fee of five dollars.

What is the five dollar design fee for? If you don’t want to format a graphic yourself and just want to email me a picture. I will format it in my editing software and email you a copy of the button design to approve.

Do custom button designs ever get rejected? So far, a button design has yet to be rejected. However, I do reserve the right to reject a button design. I will not make buttons that I deem offensive.

Do you have a maximum order? No, I don’t have a maximum order. However, for orders larger than 1000, the turn around time to receive your product will increase. Keep in mind that my buttons are individually made by me and orders of 20,000 would be a bit difficult

How much is shipping? I use USPS standard shipping rates. Shipping rates vary depending on the size of your order. Your will be notified by email on your shipping rate.

How are items shipped?Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

How long will my order take? Orders will take one business week to be processed and sent. I will notify you via email when your order has been shipped. If your order will not be shipped in this time frame for some unforeseen reason, you will be notified though email and sent 25 extra buttons compliments of myself.

Do I pay before I get my order? Yes, you pay before you receive your order. Like most web commerce sites, you’ll enter your payment information and I will confirm payment before I ship your order.

How do I use paypal? Information on paypal can be found at www.paypal.com. Basically you fill out a registration form and enter credit card information into a secure server. I will then request payment after this is complete. Paypal is simply a processor for credit card transactions with me.

Can I pay in cash or check? At this time I am not accepting cash payments on anything except local orders. This is solely to ensure the safety of your payment. Yes, checks are accepted; however, your order will not be shipped until the check clears. Keep in mind will add time onto the order turn around.

Do you ship outside the US? Currently, I do not ship outside the US.
